 William L. Hodges, CPA is senior
vice president, finance and administration and chief financial
officer.
Prior to joining the company in 2004, Mr. Hodges was senior vice
president and chief financial officer of Pergo, Inc., the leading
U.S. laminate flooring manufacturer. Previously, he spent 16 years
in the pharmaceutical industry, culminating as senior vice president
and chief financial officer at Glaxo Wellcome, Inc. He also worked
four years as vice president, corporate planning and business
support at Glaxo Wellcome where he worked closely with the
commercial and technical operations of the company. Mr. Hodges spent
over two years in London, United Kingdom with Wellcome plc., where
he served as regional controller - Northern Europe and Japan and
manager - group financial analysis. At Burroughs Wellcome he held
various financial management positions, including director of
procurement, with responsibility for the U.S. and certain global
operations.
Mr. Hodges received his bachelor's degree in Business
Administration/Accounting from the University of North Carolina at
Chapel Hill and is a certified public accountant.
